He Aka Hui | Holding the line: leaning into Te Tiriti o Waitangi in toxic times
The current political environment is a blitzkrieg of attacks on Māori and te Tiriti. We are witnessing the dismantling of progressive initiatives, massive cuts to the public service, and general despondency. We are also witnessing resistance, courage, and rage. Grant Berghan and Dr Heather Came will kōrero about the importance of self and collective care and the need to be both agile and strategic. They will introduce their new Royal Society Marsden study, looking at Honourable Kāwanatanga as we continue to prepare for a Matike Mai vision for constitutional transformation.
