This hui will highlight why understanding CEP is essential for building responsive and effective services that meet people where they are. 

We’re privileged to be joined by Nicholas Cao from Le Va and Jo Claridge from Whāraurau, who will share insights from their mahi supporting the workforce. Nic will also introduce Tu Tonu, Le Va’s cultural formulation tool, and explore how it can strengthen assessment and engagement with Pasifika peoples. Together, they’ll unpack practical tools and perspectives to support your approach to CEP, weaving cultural and clinical knowledge to ensure safe, connected, and person-centred care.
